Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SearchSutra's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Services

SearchSutra provides cybersecurity services including but not limited to:

• Penetration testing and vulnerability assessments
• Security consulting and advisory services
• Compliance auditing and certification support
• Cloud security assessments
• Security training and awareness programs

3. Scope of Engagement

3.1 Authorized Testing

All security testing services are performed only with explicit written authorization from the client. You warrant that you have the legal right and authority to authorize testing of the specified systems and networks.

3.2 Rules of Engagement

All testing activities will be conducted in accordance with the mutually agreed Scope of Work and Rules of Engagement document. Any changes to the scope require written approval from both parties.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information disclosed during the engagement. This includes:

• Test results and vulnerability findings
• System configurations and architecture details
• Business processes and proprietary information
• Any data accessed during testing

5. Intellectual Property

All reports, methodologies, and deliverables created by SearchSutra remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, you receive a license to use the deliverables for internal purposes only.

6. Limitation of Liability

SearchSutra's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business interruption
• Damages arising from undiscovered vulnerabilities
• Issues caused by third-party services or products

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in the individual Service Agreement. Generally:

• A 50% deposit is required before work begins
• Remaining balance due within 15 days of report delivery
• Late payments subject to 1.5% monthly service charge

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice. Client remains liable for all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Bangalore, India.
